§ 21h. Joint Legislative Committee on Judiciary Branch Reorganization Plans—Preliminary study; Judiciary Reform Committee

The Governor may appoint any committee or committees that he deems necessary to study the status of the Judiciary System and to update prior studies on the reorganization of the Judiciary Branch. These bodies shall have the duty or responsibility of advising the Office of the Governor on the Judiciary Branch Reorganization Plans. The Governor and the committees thus appointed, may contract the personnel needed to complete their task, which shall be exempted from the provisions of the Personnel Act, unless they are public officials or employees detached from the agencies of the Executive Branch or the Legislative or Judicial Branches to work with the Office of the Governor and the Committee appointed by him.
