§ 21g. Joint Legislative Committee on Judiciary Branch Reorganization Plans—Term for legislative action

Final action on each Reorganization Plan shall be taken by the Bodies within forty-five (45) days, following the date on which they are received by the Joint Committee. However, the Legislative Bodies may extend said term up to twenty (20) days more through a Joint Resolution. If no final action is produced by both Legislative Bodies within this term, it shall be understood that the Plan has been rejected.
