§ 21i. Joint Legislative Committee on Judiciary Branch Reorganization Plans—Technical analysis in the Legislature

The Presidents of the Legislative Bodies shall provide the Joint Committee with any specialized personnel needed to analyze the Reorganization Plans presented by the Governor, and to assist the Joint Committee in the task of evaluating the amendments that are made thereto. The Presidents, by mutual agreement, shall determine how this specialized personnel shall be appointed.
