The donation in whole or in part of a cadaver or an organ for a living transplant entails the authorization of a medical physician to determine if said body or the donated part thereof meets the conditions needed for the purpose it is to be used.
The rights of the donee arising from the donation shall prevail over those of other persons, all of this subject to those provisions of law pertaining to medical autopsies.
