§ 3227. Evaluation Board—Personnel, equipment, material and offices

The Secretary of Health shall make available to the Evaluating Board whatever personnel, equipment, material and offices is required by the Evaluating Board to carry out the purposes of this chapter.

It is hereby provided that the minimum personnel assigned by the Secretary of Health to the Evaluating Board shall be composed of an accountant, a clerk-typist and a secretary-stenographer.

With the exception of the Executive Director, all the personnel of the Evaluating Board shall be career personnel and their salary, which shall be paid by the Department of Health, shall be determined pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Classification and Retribution Plan of the Department of Health.
