(a) The Evaluating Board shall meet as often as necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
(b) For the meetings of the Evaluating Board, four (4) members shall constitute quorum and the decisions shall be made by secret vote of a majority of the members present. Quorum shall be constituted at the time of the voting.
(c) Every member of the Evaluating Board, except those that are public officials or employees, shall be entitled to per diems for each day in which they carry out any task directed by the Evaluating Board or its Chairperson, which shall be equal to the lower per diem received by the members of the Legislature for attendance to sessions, pursuant to §§ 29—33 of Title 2.
