§ 298c. Special Health Service Corps—Rules and regulations

The Director, with the Secretary’s advice, shall be charged with the drawing up and adoption of regulations needed for the administration of §§ 298—298c of this title, pursuant to the general standards and public policy established by Act No. 5 of October 14, 1975.
