Section 13-15-9-4 - Public hearing(a) The commissioner, on behalf of the board, may conduct a public hearing at a time and place to be determined by the department on the environmental effects of the proposed operation.(b) A person affected by the proposed construction may participate in the hearing to the extent and in the manner that the board prescribes.Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-9-3.
