Section 2-515 - Enrollment and participation by certain Tri-County councils(a) This section applies to the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland, the Tri-County Council for Western Maryland, the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland, and the Mid-Shore Regional Council.(b) An employee of a council subject to this section may enroll and participate in the health insurance benefit options established under the Program with the approval of the council.(c) A council subject to this section shall:(1) pay to the State the total costs resulting from the participation of its employees in the Program; and(2) determine the extent to which the council will subsidize participation of its employees in the Program.
