Section 2-514 - Special enrollment period for certain employees(a) In addition to regular open enrollment periods, the Program shall provide special open enrollment for health insurance benefit options established under the Program for a nonparticipating State employee after the death of a spouse who was not a State employee.(b) Evidence of insurability may not be required under this section if the State employee was covered under a group health insurance policy at the time of the death of the employees spouse.
