Section 44-56-175 - Crediting of fees imposed pursuant to Sections 44-56-170(C), (E), and (F) and 44-56-510(A) Of the fees imposed pursuant to Section 44-56-170(C) and (E): (1) eighty-three percent must be credited to the Hazardous Waste Contingency Fund;(2) two percent must be credited to the Pinewood Development Fund; and(3) fifteen percent must be credited to the general fund.(B) Of the fees imposed pursuant to Section 44-56-510: (1) fifty-three percent must be credited to the Hazardous Waste Contingency Fund;(2) twenty percent must be credited to the Pinewood Development Fund; and(3) twenty-seven percent must be credited to the general fund.(C) All fees imposed pursuant to Section 44-56-170(F) must be credited to the general fund.1992 Act No. 501, Part II Section 18G.
