Section 29.35.147 - Licensing of massage therapists(a) The authority to license massage therapists is reserved to the state, and, except as specifically provided by statute, a municipality may not enact or enforce an ordinance requiring professional licensure of massage therapists.(b) This section applies to home rule and general law municipalities.Added by SLA 2014, ch. 114,sec. 7, eff. 7/1/2015.This section was originally enacted as 29.35.146 but was changed by the revisor. .
