Section 29.35.146 - Regulation of unmanned aircraft systems(a) A municipality may not adopt an ordinance that permits the release of images captured by an unmanned aircraft system in a manner inconsistent with AS 18.65.903.(b) In this section, "unmanned aircraft system" has the meaning given in AS 18.65.909.Added by SLA 2014, ch. 105,sec. 4, eff. 10/26/2014.
