All models, maps, charts, diagrams, or other exhibits brought up as part of the record must be left with the clerk of court until after the case is finally disposed of and thereafter will upon request or if reasonably convenient be returned to the clerk of the court from which the appeal originated. All such exhibits must be removed after final disposition of the case, within thirty days after written notice given by the clerk of this court to the clerk of the trial court or to the party or counsel responsible for their filing or deposit; failure to so remove shall authorize the clerk of this court to destroy or make such other disposition thereof as the court may deem proper.
