Section 150-2-17 - Filing Special Contracts

17.1. (Historical Rule 39). Every utility must file with die Executive Secretary an original and six (6) copies of all special contracts entered into governing the sale by it of electric, water, sewer, gas, telephone, telegraph or other public utility service. The provisions of the rules herein set out for tariffs containing rates, rules, etc., shall apply to the rates and schedules set out in said contracts, so far as they are practicable.
