Section 150-2-16 - Posting Tariffs16.1. Every utility shall provide a suitable table or desk in its principal office or offices located in the state where die utility shall make available to the public at all times the following;16.1.1. A copy of all effective tariffs and supplements with the Commission's filing date stamped thereon, setting out its rates, fares, classifications, charges, rules and regulations, together with forms of contracts and applications applicable to the territory served from that office or place of business.16.1.2. A copy of Chapter 24, W. Va. Code.16.1.3. A copy of the rules for die government of such utility, the Rules of Practice and Procedure and the Rules for die Construction and Filing of Tariffs adopted by the Public Service Commission.16.1.4. A suitable placard, in large type, giving information to the public that said tariffs, rules and a copy of the law are kept there for public inspection.16.2. In addition to die foregoing requirements, operators of ferries shall keep posted, in a conspicuous place at each landing, a complete copy of all effective tariffs.W. Va. Code R. § 150-2-16
