Section 21.151 - Suspension of License(a) The department will suspend a license if the license holder does not file a new bond under § 21.150 of this subchapter (relating to Notice of Surety Bond Cancellation).(b) If the department suspends a license under this section, the department will not issue permits, or transfer existing permits, held under the license.43 Tex.
