Section 21.145 - License Issuance; Amendment(a) The department will issue a license if the requirements of § 21.144 of this subchapter (relating to License Application) are satisfied.(b) To amend a license, the license holder must file an amended application in a form prescribed by the department and accompanied by a valid rider to the surety bond.43 Tex.
