Section 335.225 - Additional Standards for Direct Transfer(a) The requirements of this section and 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) §266.111, adopted by reference at § 335.221(a)(22) of this title (relating to Applicability and Standards), apply to owners and operators of boilers and industrial furnaces subject to 40 CFR §266.102 or § 266.103, if hazardous waste is directly transferred from a transport vehicle to a boiler or industrial furnace without the use of a storage unit.(b) The direct transfer of hazardous waste to a boiler or industrial furnace shall be conducted so that it does not adversely affect the capability of the boiler or industrial furnace to meet required standards.30 Tex.
