Section 442.9 - Living rooms

(a)Cottage type institutions.

Cottage type institutions shall provide an adequate living room in each cottage for the free and informal use of the children living therein.

(b)Congregate type of institutions.

Congregate type of institutions shall provide adequate living rooms for the free and informal use of the children under care.
