Section 442.10 - Recreation facilities

(a)Adequacy.

Adequate recreation facilities shall be provided or made available for the children under care of the institution.

(b)Compliance with laws.

All State and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining to construction, operation and maintenance of swimming pools and recreational facilities shall be observed.
