Section 645F.020 - "Change of control" defined"Change of control" means:
1. A transfer of voting stock which results in giving a person, directly or indirectly, the power to direct the management and policy of a licensee who is not a natural person; or2. A transfer of at least 25 percent of the outstanding voting stock of a licensee who is not a natural person.Nev. Admin. Code § 645F.020
