Section 645F.015 - "Associated licensee" defined1. "Associated licensee" means a licensee who:(a) Is an employee of or independent contractor for an independent licensee; and(b) Is authorized by the independent licensee to engage in, on behalf of the independent licensee, any activity that would require a person to be licensed pursuant to the Nevada Covered Service Provider Regulations and NRS 645F.300 to 645F.450, inclusive.2.
