Section 10.01.08.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Applicant" means any person or governmental unit requesting disclosure of public records.

(2) "Department" means the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

(3) "Official custodian" means the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene or the Secretary's designee.

(4) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene.

(5) "Working day" means every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and official State holidays.
