Section XLV-3743 - Renewal of LicenseA. Every license issued by the board under this Chapter shall be renewed annually on or before its date of expiration by submitting to the board an application for renewal, upon forms supplied by the board, together with a renewal fee as prescribed by Chapter 1 of these rules and documentation of satisfaction of the continuing professional education requirements prescribed by Subchapter G of these rules.B. Notwithstanding the provisions of §3743 A, every license issued by the board under this Chapter to be effective on or after January 1, 1999, shall be renewed in the year 2000, and each year thereafter, on or before the first day of the month in which the licensee was born. Renewal fees shall be prorated if the license is to be effective for more than one year.C. An application for renewal of license shall be mailed by the board to each person holding a license at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the license each year.
