Section XLV-3741 - Expiration of LicenseA. Every license issued by the board under this Chapter, the expiration date of which is not stated thereon or provided by these rules, shall expire, and thereby become null, void, and to no effect, on the last day of the year in which such license was issued.B. Notwithstanding the provisions of §3741 A, every license issued by the board under this Chapter to be effective on or after January 1, 1999, and each year thereafter, shall expire, and thereby become null, void and to no effect the following year on the first day of the month in which the licensee was born.C. The timely submission of an application for renewal of license shall operate to continue the expiring license in full force and effect pending the board's issuance or denial of issuance, of the renewal license.La.
