Section XLV-3737 - Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed ExaminationA. The submission of an application for examination by the board shall constitute and operate as an acknowledgment and agreement by the applicant that the liability of the board, its members, committees, employees and agents, and the state of Louisiana to the applicant for the loss, theft, or destruction of all or any portion of an examination taken by the applicant, prior to the reporting of scores, thereon by the board shall be limited exclusively to the refund of the fees paid for examination by the applicant.La.
