Section XLV-3735 - Restriction, Limitation on ExaminationsA. With respect to any written examination the successful passage of which is a condition to any license or permit issued under the Chapter, an applicant having failed to obtain a passing score upon taking any such examination four or more times shall not thereafter be considered eligible for licensing.La.
