Section LIII-1113 - Mechanical Drug Dispensing DevicesA. Dispensing of prescription drugs directly to a patient or caregiver by mechanical devices or machine is prohibited. This prohibition shall not apply to automated medication systems as defined and provided for in Chapter 12 of this Part.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LIII-1113
