Section LIII-1111 - Pharmacist AbsenceA. A pharmacist is considered absent from the prescription department when he is not in the prescription department and is off-site.B. When a pharmacist is absent from the prescription department, the prescription department must be securely closed and made inaccessible. A sign shall be displayed in a conspicuous position in front of the prescription department giving notice of closure. The sign shall be at least 8 1/2 x 11 inches with the following wording in black letters at least 1 inch high: PRESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT CLOSED.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LIII-1111
