Section 72655 - Maintenance Manual(a) A written manual on maintenance of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems shall be adopted by each facility.(b) A log shall be utilized to document maintenance work performed.(c) When maintenance is performed by an equipment service company, a certification shall be provided to the licensee that the required work has been performed in accordance with acceptable standards.
