Section 11-20-117 - Use of unrecorded brands prohibited; penalties(a) It is unlawful for any person in Wyoming to use an unrecorded brand for the purpose of claiming ownership of or to identify livestock with a brand not recorded in his name except as otherwise provided in W.S. 11-20-125.(b) Anyone violating subsection (a) of this section shall be punished as provided in W.S. 11-1-103.Amended by Laws 2013 , ch. 13, § 1, eff. 2/12/2013.
