Section 29.961 - Incorrect information(1)(b) No person may provide incorrect information in order to obtain an approval issued under this chapter to which the person is not entitled.(c) Any person who violates par. (b) shall forfeit not more than $200 and shall pay a natural resources restitution surcharge equal to the amount of the statutory fee for the approval that was required and should have been obtained.(2)(a) No person may do any of the following: 1. Fail to keep records as required under this chapter.2. Fail to keep accurate records under this chapter.3. Provide incorrect information to the department under this chapter.(b) Any person who violates par.
