Section 48-14-402 - Commencement of withholding from income without further court action(a) Except as otherwise provided in section 14-403, a support order as described in section 14-401 must contain or must be deemed to contain language requiring automatic income withholding for both current support and for any arrearages to commence without further court action on the date the support order is entered.(b) The supreme court of appeals shall make available to the family courts standard language to be included in all such orders, so as to conform such orders to the applicable requirements of state and federal law regarding the withholding from income of amounts payable as support.
