Section 29-22B-801 - Manufacturer seeking approval of terminal must be licensed; prohibition against placement of unapproved terminal(a) Only licensed manufacturers may apply to the lottery commission for approval of a video lottery terminal or associated equipment.(b) A manufacturer may not sell or lease a video lottery terminal for placement in a licensed facility in the state unless the terminal has been approved by the lottery commission.
