Section 4818 - Farming; scope of activities(a) As used to determine the scope of nuisance protection in 12 V.S.A. chapter 195, "agricultural activities" shall include "farming" as defined in this title.(b) For purposes of the application of 12 V.S.A. § 5753, all "agricultural activities" defined in this chapter, subject to the limitations and requirements set forth in 12 V.S.A. § 5753, are entitled to the rebuttable presumption that they do not constitute a nuisance.Added by 2022 , No. 162, § 11, eff. 6/1/2022.
