Section 3326 - Cost-benefit model(a) The Council shall adopt and maintain a cost-benefit model for assessing and measuring the projected net fiscal cost and benefit to the State of proposed economic development activities.(b) The Council shall not modify the cost-benefit model without the prior approval of the Joint Fiscal Committee.Added 2015, No. 157 (Adj.
