Section 452 - Official seal; records(a) The Board shall adopt an official seal of which the courts shall take judicial notice.(b) The Board shall keep a record of its acts and shall notify each correctional facility of its decisions relating to persons confined in that facility.Added 1971, No. 199 (Adj.
