Section 6 - Other boards, commissions, councils, and committees(a) All other boards, commissions, councils, and committees that under this chapter are a part of the Agency shall be advisory only.(b) The Transportation Board is successor to the Public Service Board, the Highway Board, and the Aeronautics Board in the regulatory and quasi-judicial functions related to transportation.
