Section 62.117 - Annual Report(a) The commission shall make an annual report of its official acts and file it with the clerk of the commissioners court on or before January 1 of each year.(b) The report shall include in detail: (1) the kind, character, and amount of work done in the district;(2) the cost of the work;(3) the amount paid out on order and for what purpose paid; and(4) other data necessary to show the condition of improvements made under the provisions of this chapter.
