(a) The engineer shall include with his report a map showing: (1) the beginning point and outlets of canals, drains, ditches, and laterals;(2) the length, width, depth, and slopes of the banks of any cut or excavation and the estimated number of cubic yards of earth necessary to be removed from each; and(3) the location and size of levees and the estimated number of cubic yards of earth necessary to construct them.(b) The engineer will comply sufficiently with Subsection (a) of this section if he describes the boundaries and provides the other information required by that subsection on a copy of the official land office map of the county in which the proposed district is located.
