Section 36.159 - Groundwater Conservation District Management Plan Funds

The Texas Water Development Board may allocate funds from the water assistance fund to a district to:

(1) conduct initial data collections under this chapter;

(2) develop and implement a long-term management plan under Section 36.1071; and

(3) participate in regional water plans.
