Section 36.064 - Meetings(a) The board shall hold regular meetings at least quarterly. It may hold meetings at other times as required for the business of the district.(b) Meetings shall be conducted and notice of meetings shall be posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code. A meeting of a committee of the board, or a committee composed of representatives of more than one board, where less than a quorum of any one board is present is not subject to the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code.Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 933, Sec. 2, eff. 9/1/1995.
