Section 30.033 - Property Acquired By Condemnation or Otherwise(a) To accomplish the purposes of this chapter, a district may acquire by purchase, lease, gift, or in any other manner all or any interest in property inside or outside the boundaries of the district and may own, maintain, use, and operate it.(b) To accomplish the purposes of the chapter, a district may exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire all or any interest in property inside or outside the boundaries of the district.
