Section 27.204 - Technical Standards(a) The commission shall adopt technical standards governing the approval of the use of a Class V injection well as a recharge injection well.(b) The commission may not adopt or enforce groundwater quality protection standards for the quality of water injected into a recharge injection well that are more stringent than applicable federal standards.Added by Acts 2019, Texas Acts of the 86th Leg.- Regular Session, ch. 742,Sec. 3, eff. 6/10/2019.
