Section 27.156 - Reporting of Water Quality Data
A project operator shall:
(1) perform water quality testing annually on water to be injected into a geologic formation and water recovered from a geologic formation as part of the aquifer storage and recovery project; and(2) provide the results of the testing described by Subdivision (1) in written or electronic form to the commission.
