Section 27.041 - Jurisdiction(a) The railroad commission has jurisdiction over the onshore and offshore injection and geologic storage of carbon dioxide in this state.(b) Repealed by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 460 (H.B. 1284), Sec. 15, eff.
