Section 52.103 - Registration Required(a) A telecommunications utility shall register with the commission not later than the 30th day after the date the utility commences service to the public.(b) A telecommunications utility that registers under Subsection (a) shall file with the commission a description of:(1) the location and type of service provided;(2) the price to the public of that service; and(3) other registration information the commission directs.(c) An interexchange telecommunications utility doing business in this state shall maintain on file with the commission tariffs or lists governing the terms of providing its services.
