Section 601.074 - Optional Terms(a) A motor vehicle liability insurance policy may provide that the insured shall reimburse the insurance company for a payment that, in the absence of this chapter, the insurance company would not have been obligated to make under the terms of the policy.(b) A policy may allow prorating of the insurance provided under the policy with other collectible insurance.Tex.
