Section 548.3045 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Appointment of Decentralized Facility(a) The department may issue an inspection station certificate to a decentralized facility authorized and licensed by the department under Section 548.304 if the facility meets the certification requirements of that section and the department.(b)[Repealed by 2023 amendment]Tex.
